In the event that a contracted item fails, we will deliver an engineer to site within the agreed timescale to repair and, or replace parts as necessary to return the system back to a fully operational status.
Each contract is priced according to the number and type of equipment, together with the selected response option.

We are specialists and have been providing this service for a number of years, for a wide range of businesses in a number of different industries.
We do everything with our own, trained engineers – we do not use sub-contract labour.

We offer a 4-hour response for mission-critical systems including servers that would adversely affect the operation or profitability of the business if they were to fail.


• 4-hour response including parts and labour (does not include consumable items).
• 4-hour fix or replacement with similar specification
• Hardware related telephone support 09:00 – 17:00
• Monday – Friday (excluding Public Holidays).


We also offer a lower cost, 8-hour response for desktop PCs, printers and non-critical hardware.
